Identify

Patients at risk of cGvHD

This study aims to provide clinicians with clear solutions to improve the selection process of donor / recipient couples for bone marrow transplant and thus offer better management of patients at risk.

For this, the researchers plan to decode the level of genetic incompatibility between the patient and his donor to predict the incidence and the risk factors for GvHD (graft-versus-host disease).

In its mild form, this normal and even desirable reaction will promote long-term patient remission. Otherwise, a more serious form that usually occurs three months after the transplant, the chronic GvHD (cGvHD), is at the origin of many pathologies affecting the skin and the internal organs of the patient.
